1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CineGo mobile app, operated by HANDERSON DOS SANTOS DINIZ ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using CineGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

2. What CineGo provides

CineGo is a tool for collecting, organizing, and playing videos that you choose to make available on your device. It does not provide a catalog of videos, a CineGo account, cloud storage, or synchronization. The app currently has no in-app purchases or advertisements.

Playback depends on your device, the file format, the condition of the file, and any access restrictions that apply to it. We may update app features from time to time.

3. License to use CineGo

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CineGo on compatible devices. We retain the rights to the app, its name, logo, design, and code, except for third-party components and content owned by others. This license does not give you ownership of CineGo.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify the app, or bypass its security measures, except where applicable law or an applicable open-source license permits it. You may not use the app in a way that unlawfully interferes with its operation or the rights of others.

4. Your videos and other content

You are responsible for the videos you add and for having any rights or permissions needed to access, play, copy, or otherwise use them. CineGo does not grant you rights in third-party videos or make unlawful content lawful. Please respect copyright, privacy, and other applicable rights.

Your videos remain yours or the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of your videos, file names, thumbnails, profile information, or viewing history. CineGo does not upload your personal video library to us, and these Terms do not give us a license to display or promote your videos.

5. Local storage and your copies

CineGo stores library information, profile details, playback settings, and viewing history on your device. If you clear the app's data, uninstall it, lose access to your device, or change devices, this local information may be lost. Keep your own copies of videos and other information that matter to you. Removing an item from the CineGo library may not delete its original file from your device.

6. Third-party services and content

Google Play's terms may apply to your download and use of the app. Videos, files, and services supplied by others remain subject to their owners' terms and rights. We do not control or guarantee the availability, accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue CineGo or a feature. Updates may require a compatible device or a newer Android version. We will give notice of material changes when reasonably possible or required by law. You may stop using CineGo at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CineGo is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise that playback will be uninterrupted or compatible with every file or device. We are not responsible for problems caused by damaged files, unsupported formats, device failures, or third-party services outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of CineGo. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

9. Applicable law and disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. The law and courts that apply to a dispute will be determined by applicable legal rules, including any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. These Terms do not require you to give up a court or consumer protection right that the law gives you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as CineGo changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and give additional notice when required by law. If you continue using CineGo after revised Terms take effect, that use indicates acceptance where the law permits. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the app.
